Manor Property Letting Agents Ltd has been established since 2018 after taking over from Manor Property Management who had been established since 1984.  As a letting agent it is important to choose tenants wisely and ensure the correct documentation is obtained.

Our fee structure is very simple. For every property rented out successfully, we charge a fixed percentage of the rent we collect.

Please note however that we will be pleased to give you advice over the telephone which is obviously free of charge and as stated, should you wish to take matters further we will give you a free valuation for renting purposes.

Costs are only incurred when your property is successfully rented out.

In conclusion, we aim to ensure your property is safe, well cared for and that you receive a good return on your investment.
