Due to the current situation we find ourselves in and following government guidelines on social distancing we are still conducting property viewings, however these will be more limited than usual and we will be asking potential tenants to view the photos of the property online prior to making an appointment to view in person. When viewing a property in person we ask that the potential tenant wait outside the property whilst the agent unlocks the property. The agent will then wait outside the property whilst the potential tenant inspects the property, an application form will be left inside the property.
We would still ask where possible that customers / tenants contact us via telephone or email to avoid unnecessary contact.
